This information text has been prepared by Prof. Dr. Selçuk İnanlı , acting as the data controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the Regulation on Personal Health Data, the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Information Obligation, and relevant legislation .
- How Are Your Personal Data Processed?
- “Communication”: When you enter our website www.selcukinanli.com , your data listed below is processed by our call team and our application personnel in order to contact you and provide information, based on the legal grounds that “processing personal data of the parties to the contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract” and “it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations” .

All this data is instantly transferred to our doctor via our website where it is processed.
Additionally, patients who have shared their personal data with us must provide explicit consent for their data to be processed in order for the transfer process to be completed. Individuals whose personal data is processed can access the content of the information text at any time via www.selcukinanli.com . A record is created in our system after the individual provides explicit consent to the information text. This explicit consent and approval will remain valid until revoked through the exercise of the right to refuse.
- Healthcare Services: Individuals who complete the registration process will have their requested healthcare services provided to healthcare personnel and physicians, who are subject to a confidentiality obligation due to the nature of the services to be provided, for the legal purpose of “administering medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services .” Following your contact with our call center, we may request that you share your health data, as shown below, to provide you with the healthcare services you’ve requested.

Call Center and Switchboard : When you call Prof. Dr. Selçuk İnanlı ‘s call center, the following personal data will be processed for the purposes of creating your appointment request, responding to your information requests, and/or receiving any other requests, based on the legal grounds that “processing personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract” and “processing data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person” :

2) How is your personal data transferred?
Healthcare Services: Your personal data listed above will be transferred to persons appointed by the competent authorities, primarily but not limited to hospitals and health institutions with which we have agreements, and to legal representatives you have authorized, for the purpose of providing healthcare services and based on the legal grounds of “ protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, planning and method of healthcare services and financing” .
Services Received from Third Parties: These services will be provided to our business partners, lawyers, consultants, auditors with whom we work, legal representatives and third parties from whom we receive consultancy, including those we authorize, domestic/overseas organizations from whom we contractually receive services to carry out our activities, and other third parties and legal representatives, only in connection with the service received, in a limited and measured manner, and on the condition that they obtain commitments that they will take all technical and administrative measures required by Kvkk during the service period.
Call Center Service: Prof. Dr. Selçuk İnanlı provides call center services as a service provider that processes data from third parties. Prior to providing this service, access to the call center is limited to the contact information of guests who have provided explicit consent under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
3) What are your rights as a data subject?
Within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, which regulates the rights of the relevant person;
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information regarding the processing of personal data,
- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data
- To request that the operations regarding the correction, deletion or destruction of personal data be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

If it is renewed partially or completely, the effective date will be updated and the renewed text will be published using the same methods.
In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, I have been informed by Prof. Dr. Selçuk İnanlı regarding the purposes for which my personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes the processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal basis for collecting personal data, and my other rights listed in Article 11 of the Law. In this context, I have read and understood the Information Text presented to me.

- Health personal data is used for the purposes of fulfilling the company’s legal obligations, keeping personnel files (including recording visual and audio data, x-rays, health reports), continuing medical activities, and providing medical diagnosis, treatment and care services.
- The information stated in the passport photocopy is for the purpose of keeping a personal file.
- Telephone number, Email address, Appointment information; for the purpose of processing personal data, provided that it is related to the performance of the service.
