Preliminary Remarks
The Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred as “PPD”), personal data owners (hereinafter referred as “Applicant”), has been defined as the data subject in Article 11 of the PPD.

Applications that have been submitted to Prof. Selcuk Inanlı pursuant to paragraph 2 of article 13 of the PPD; In written applications, the date of notification of the document Prof. Selcuk Inanlı in applications made by other methods, the date of receipt of the application to our company is the application date. Depending on the nature of the request, it will be answered free of charge within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of your request. However, in case of a written response, no fee is charged for up to ten pages, and a processing fee of 10 Turkish Liras may be charged for each page over ten pages. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by our company cannot exceed the cost of the recording medium. Our answers are delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the relevant PPD.
